Congratulations to Charlie Palmer-Cogan and Izzy Velasco – our first ever London Marathon runners! Both completed the 26.2 mile run on Sunday 26th April 2026 on behalf of the charity. We are so proud of them both. Not to mention hugely grateful for the absolutely astonishing amount of £8,504 raised between them.
We had such a wonderful day cheering them both on, from our viewing point at Heron Quay in Canary Wharf at mile 18. The atmosphere was fantastic and we saw a few famous faces running past us too. The loudest cheers were for Charlie and Izzy though! Family and friends of both also watched and waved from various places along the route so there was plenty of support for them and I think plenty of celebrating afterwards! Such a great day! Bring on 2027 and our next runners!
